She was a native and lifelong resident of Grand Ridge, a homemaker and a member of the Grand Ridge United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, George and Bessie Bamberg; her daughter-in -law Glenda Bryant and a son-in law, Byron Shaw; two brothers and a sister. Survivors include her husband of almost 73 years, Milton Bryant; one son, Charles Kenneth Bryant; two daughters Mary H. Shaw, Carolyn Johnson and husband, Wayne; one brother, Hulbert Bamberg all of Grand Ridge; 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday September 19, at Grand Ridge United Methodist Church with Revs. Raymond Owens & Jerry Tanton officiating.
