Joyce Johnson, 85, of Bascom died Friday, July 15, 2022 at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville GA.
Born in Madison, Wisconsin, she lived most of her life in Bascom with her husband David. After retiring from Sunland Center in Greenwood, she became a homemaker and assisted her husband with his well drilling business. She loved her family and friends, and her flowers and animals.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Johnson, and is survived by many family and friends from the surrounding area.
Graveside funeral service will be 10 AM Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Bascom Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Walden officiating and James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
