Joyce Marie Ramsey Henry, 81, of Greenwood, passed away Thursday morning, August 23, 2018, at her home.
Mrs. Henry was born March 12, 1937, in Lexington, Kentucky, but lived her early years in St. Petersburg, FL. She has resided in Greenwood, FL for the past 34 years where she has enjoyed retirement from General Manager of Holiday Inn, in Marianna, FL.
Mrs. Henry was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Clara Ramsey; husband of 45 years, Robert Byron Henry, and son Bobby Henry.
Survivors include her companion, Dr. Jack Ball of Greenwood, FL; one son, Michael Henry and wife, Susan, of Greenwood, FL; three grandsons, Sean Henry (Lauryl), Brett Henry, and Tyler Henry; one precious great granddaughter, Callie Henry; two sisters, two brothers, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2018 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel.
