James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Jerry Naamon Mannon, 64, of Alford died Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011 at Jackson Hospital. He was a native of Manchester, TN., lived most of his life in Jackson County and was currently employed with Jackson County A.R.C.. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Anna Cheney Mannon; survivors include his sister, Sherry Elaine Peacock and husband Donnie, of Alford; niece and nephew, Don Peacock(Ginger), Shelaine Davis(Justin); great nieces and nephews, Brianna Davis, Zander Nix, Tanner Nix, Brooke Peacock, Connor Peacock. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 11, 2011 at Alford Baptist Church with Revs. Bob Johnson & Donnie Peacock officiating. Burial will follow in Alford City Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until funeral service at the church.
