Jeannie Frances Kemper, 58, of Alford, Florida passed away Friday, November 15, 2024, at Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Medical Center. She was born December 6, 1965, to Herman and Muriel Dillard Mayo in Chipley, FL.

She worked for Jackson County School Board for 25+ years. During those years she drove a school bus and was a para-professional for Hope School. Jeannie had a passion for the children and loved her job. She was active in church at Alford Baptist Church and Heaven’s Way Biker Church. She was also a member of the Heaven's Saints Motorcycle Ministry. Jeannie loved to ride with her best friend and husband, Paul. She always had a smile on her face and told anyone that would listen about Jesus.

Jeannie is preceded in death by her father, Herman H. Mayo; mother, Muriel L. Mayo; aunt, Frances Mayo; uncle, Stig Mayo; and stepfather, J. L. Gay.

She is survived by her husband, Paul Kemper of Alford, FL; daughters, Paula Coleman (Clarence) and Faith Andreasen (Chris), both of Alford, FL; brother, Mark Mayo (Robin) of Macclenny, FL; special cousins, Sabrina Trumbull (Billy) of Alford, FL, Debra Jett (Bobby) of Havana, FL; nieces, Amberle Mayo, Brianna Mayo (Jessie), Nicki Timberlake, Katherine Robbins; and nephews, Corey Mayo and Joseph Robbins.

Funeral services will be 4:00 PM, Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Alford Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
