James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel James F. Stephens, Jr., 76, of Marianna died Sunday, February 24, 2008 at The Medical Center in Dothan, Al. Mr. Stephens was born in Eutaw, Alabama, served in the U S Navy for three years, retired as director of operations for a National Auto Rental Company. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church of Marianna. He was preceded in death by his parents, James F. Stephens, Sr. and Beuna May Stephens. He is survived by his wife, Mary "Peggy" Stephens of Marianna. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 27, at Trinity Baptist Church with Revs. Roland Rabon and Lewis Bullard officiating. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel.
