James Anthony “Tony” Parrish, 62, of Bardstown, Kentucky passed away Sunday, November 26, 2023, at Sacred Heart Hospital. Tony was born December 26, 1960, in Bardstown, Kentucky to Jim and Joann Parrish.
Tony loved spending time with family and friends. He also loved food and eating at different restaurants. He loved music, especially ACDC.
Most of his career was in distillery work with Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown, KY. Tony was loved by all his family and friends. In 2020, he moved to DeFuniak Springs to live with Rusty and Debbie Cales. He was at peace when he passed.
Tony was preceded in death by his father, Jim Parrish and mother, Joann Parrish. He is survived by his brother, Randy Parrish of Bardstown, KY, sister, Delight Booth (Rusty); niece, Abbie Parrish, nephew, Cameron Parrish; and cousin, Rusty Cales (Debbie), along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Celebrations of Life services will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at Christian Center Church. A service will also take place next year in Bardstown, KY, and will be announced by James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel.
