James "Allen" Meredith, Jr. 58, of Two Egg, Florida passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at South East Medical Center.
He was born September 6 ,1965 in Marianna to James and Barbara Meredith. He lived most of his life in Two Egg and enjoyed working as a carpenter or doing anything with his hands. He will be greatly missed by anyone who knew him.
Allen was preceded in death by his parents, James and Barbara Meredith of Marianna, FL; son, James Allen Meredith, III “Trey”; brother, Chester Allen Meredith of Bainbridge, GA; sisters, Gail Bruner of Phoenix City, AL, Patrema Meredith of Marianna, FL.
He is survived by his daughter, Heather Meredith of Huntsville, AL; sisters, Rachel Williams (Tyrone) of Greenwood, FL, Deborah Carnley (James) of Marianna, FL; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, many dear friends and relatives.
Memorial services will be 2 PM, Friday, December 1, 2023 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel. The family will receive friends Friday, one hour prior to the service at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel.
