James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel 4278 Lafayette Street Marianna, Fl 32446 850.482.2332 Jacob Benjamin "Jake" Maddox, infant son of Ben and Nicole Maddox of Bascom, died Thursday, December 6, 2007 at Children's Hospital in Birmingham. Jake was born October 25, 2007. Jake's memory will be forever cherished by his family. Along with his parents, Jake is survived by his brothers, Cole and John; his sister, Kayle Grace. Survivors also include his maternal grandmother, Joan P. Elmore of Marianna; his paternal grandmother; Susan Maddox Pruett and husband, Roy, of Silver Lake; his Paternal grandfather, Jerome (Bud) Maddox of Greenwood, and his paternal great grandmother, Joan Harris of Marianna as well as his many aunts, uncles and cousins. Private graveside services were held at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Marianna. James and Sikes Funeral Home, Maddox Chapel directed.
