Fowler, 73, of Marianna died Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Jackson Hospital in Marianna. He was a native and lifelong resident of Jackson County, retired from National By-Products and was a member of Welcome Assembly of God Church in Dellwood. Survivors include his wife, Myrel Levon Fowler; one son, Albert Lee Fowler and wife, Lisa of Morton, MS.; five sisters, Norma Dell Stewart and husband, Mike of Marianna, Christine Baldwin and husband, Walter, Joann White and husband, Freddie, Elizabeth Stewart and husband, Steve all of Panama City, Martha Nell White and husband, Mark, of Youngstown; four grandchildren, Aaron Lee, Matthew Fowler, Krista Frith and husband, B J, Justin Fowler; two great-grandchildren, Kaylyn Fowler and Allyson Lee; two brothers-in-law, Clinton Powell and wife, Gloria, John Powell and wife, Dianne; two sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Tyus and husband, George, Cora Lee Strickland and husband, Larry. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 13, at 10 a.m. at Welcome Assembly of God Church with Rev. Charles Jackson & Dr. Thomas Batts officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. A viewing will be Monday, April 12, 2010 from 5-7 p.m. at Welcome Church.
