Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at the First United Methodist Church in Graceville with Rev. Dan Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow in Marvin Chapel Cemetery with James & Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville directing. Family will receive friends at the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall Tuesday, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church or Covenant Hospice of Marianna 4440, Suite C Lafayette Street, Marianna, Fl 32446. Hazel was born on November 10, 1922. She was office manager for Dr. Jack Miller many years and a member of The First United Methodist Church of Graceville. Survived by her husband, Dr. F. Jack Miller; son, Lee Miller and his wife, Debbie of Graceville; daughters, Lynne Hooper and husband, Bobby of Lynn Haven, Leslie Polston and husband, Lamar; Lina Henrickson and husband, Everett of Graceville; 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 16 great-great-grandchildren.
