Gloria Peacock Applewhite, 73, of Panama City Beach, Florida, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2023 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pearce Rayford Peacock and Genia Hardwick Peacock. Her survivors include husband, Henry Applewhite of Panama City Beach; two sons, Chris Applewhite (Kim), Kevin Applewhite (Amanda), all of Grand Ridge; grandchildren, Cole Applewhite (fiancé, Autumn), Stevie Applewhite; and brother-in-laws, Charles Applewhite (Susan) of Mexico Beach, FL, Fuller Applewhite of Greenwood, FL, and Bobby Applewhite (Polly) of Mobile, Alabama.
Funeral services will be 10 AM, Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Greenwood Baptist Church with Rev. Brad Zimanek officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 10:00.
Interment will follow in Greenwood Baptist Church Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
