Gloria Jean Albu

Gloria Jean Albu, 74, of Marianna, died Sunday, April 5, 2009, at her residence. A native of Lansing, Michigan, Mrs. Albu was a former resident of Palm Beach County, Florida where she was an educator prior to moving to Marianna where she was a member of the First Assembly of God Church of Marianna. She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby W. Albu. Survivors include two sons, Kent Albu of Marianna and Bobby Albu and wife Marion of Boynton Beach; one daughter, Nikki Gardner and husband John of Marianna; one brother, Bob White, one sister, Rosie Brundage and husband Bruce all of Charlotte, Michigan; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Service of Remembrance will be 2 pm Friday, April 10, 2009 at Maddox Chapel with Rev. Stephen Potter officiating. Memorization will be by cremation with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel in charge of arrangements.
