Frank was a native of Long Beach, California, had resided in Jackson County for the past several years where he was employed at Marianna Toyota. He was a member of the Army National Guard and a veteran of the Gulf War, an avid motorcyclist and a member of Fire & Iron Motorcycle Club, Jackson County Station 202. He was preceded in death by his parents, David Franklin and Darlene Myrtle Hobson Smith. He is survived by one son, Cody Joe Ed Smith and special friend, Patricia Margaret Essary; one daughter, Randi Lei Shae Burrell and husband, Robert; two grandsons, Ryken Cody Kade Burrell, Kamden Wayne Essary; one granddaughter, Kali Brooke Essary all of Enid, Oklahoma; special friend, Amy Loftus. A viewing and time of remembrance for Frank will be held Wednesday, July 6, 2011 from 5-7 p.m. at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel, 4278 Lafayette Street in Marianna, FL.
