Frances Marie Corbin

Frances Marie Corbin, 69, of Florence, Kentucky died Sunday, December 25, 2011 at the home of her daughter. A native of Jackson County, Mrs. Corbin was a former bookkeeper for Grimsley, Cavin and Company of Marianna. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Corbin, a daughter, Brenda Kay Donovan; her parents, Roscoe Luke and Annie Lois Chambliss- Platt. Survivors include two daughters, Kim Corbin-Williams and husband Gary of Marianna, Kathy Corbin-Cantrell and husband Tim of Florence, KY.; one brother, John Platt and wife Elizabeth of Austin, TX; one sister, JoAnn Hicks and husband Linwood of Sneads; eight grand children and five great grand children. Graveside funeral services will be at 2 pm Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Sapp Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 pm Friday, December 30, 2011 at Maddox Chapel.
