Florence "Ruth" Bland

Florence Ruth Bland, 94, of Kynesville Florida went to be with the Lord on March 24, 2023 at her home.

She is preceded in death by her husband Leonard (Chief) Bland; mother and father, Edith and Herman Swisher; her sister, Mary Moore and husband, Russell; her daughter, Linda Morse and son-in-law Bradley Morse of Marianna.

She is survived by her two brothers, Stanley Swisher and wife, Joan of West Palm Beach, Bob Swisher and wife, Marjorie of West Palm Beach; two sons, Clyde Bland and wife, Patricia of Chipley, Donald Bland and former wife, Nell of Marianna. Seven grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM, Thursday, March 30, 2023 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.

The family will receive friends from 10 AM until the time of  service at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel.
