Fauline Mathis

James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Fauline Jordan Mathis, 77, of Malone died Saturday, April 25, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Mathis was a native and lifelong resident of Malone. He was a retired Professor from Chipola College. He was an avid gardener and a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Marianna. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Bedsole Mathis of Malone; two daughters, Jacquelyn Lincoln of Malone, Jeanine Pumphrey of Tallahassee; four brothers, Lawrence, John, Ronald and Joe Mathis; one sister, Valeta Paulk; three grandchildren; Jordan Lincoln, John W. Lincoln and John David Pumphrey. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel with Dr. Robin Jumper and Rev. John Rollyson officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel.
