James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Eulles Edenfield, 89, of Grand Ridge, FL., passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan. He was a native and lifelong resident of Jackson County, he was an educator at Chipola College for more than 16 years as a small engine instructor. He enjoyed mechanics, and farming. He was an ordained minister with the Advent Christian Faith. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Lillian R. Edenfield; one son, Mickey Edenfield and wife, Geneice; all of Grand Ridge; four grandchildren, Scott Edenfield and wife, Stacey, of Sumter, S.C.; Stephanie Bachelier and husband, Johnny of Grand Ridge; Dwanna Davis and husband, Tommy, of Two Egg; Kristie Rabon and husband, Kenny of Grand Ridge; nephew, James Edenfield of Grand Ridge; nephew, Ricky Edenfield and wife, Kay of Marianna; niece, Sherry E. Walters, and husband, Holmes of Sneads; Eleven great-grandchildren; numerous other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m.,Friday, December 2, 2011, at James and Sikes Maddox Chapel with Revs. Roy Ray and Alvin Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, December 1, 2011, at James and Sikes Maddox Chapel.
