James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Emma G. Jones, 83, died March 7, 2012 at the Chipola Nursing Center. She was born on December 7, 1928 to Luther and Lovie Turner. She lived most of her life in Jackson County where she retired from Russell Corporation as a quality control inspector. She was a member of the Eastside Assembly of God Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, James F. Jones and sister, Bera Taylor. She is survived by two sons, Nathan Jones and wife, Janet of Marianna and Danny Jones and wife, Diana of Moorehead, N.C.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2012 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel, with Rev. Jack Howell officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel.
