Eloise Moody

James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Eloise Gelzer Moody, age 82, arrived in Heaven November 18, 2012. She was a native of Lloyd, Fl and a long-time resident of Marianna. She retired from Verizon Communications and was an active member of the First Assembly of God church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking and crafting. She was preceded in death by her husband E.P. "Ted" Moody, daughter Jean Marie Moody, father Graham William Gelzer, mother Addie Mae Fowler, sisters Winifred Gelzer and Marian Medlock, and brother William Gelzer. She is survived by her son, Ed Moody & wife Vicki of Orange Park, FL, her daughter, Diane Moody Calleja of Indian Harbour Beach, FL, grandsons Phil Moody & wife, Shelley of Jacksonville, FL, Chris Moody of Middleburg, FL, and Scott Moody of St. Augustine, FL, one great-granddaughter Harper Moody of Jacksonville, FL, and one sister, Maria "Rida" Hatley and husband Bill of Parker, FL. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, November 23, 2012 at First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Stephen Potter officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
