Dottie Belle Rogers

Dottie Belle Rogers, 64, of Cottondale, Florida died Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Jackson Hospital. She was born January 28, 1957 to Arthur and Ora Thompson Smith in Pikeville, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Ora Smith; and her son, Timothy Wayne Smith.

Dottie is survived by her husband, Frank R. Martin; sons, Charles Thurman, Patrick Shane Capps, Richard Joseph Martin, Scott Lee Martin, all of Marianna, Daniel Holland of Panama City; daughters, Barbara Smith, Velzie Franklin, Brandy Sims all of Marianna; two sisters, Cleo Slone of Pikeville, Kentucky, Tonda Lynn Haney of Panama City; and nine grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM, Friday, April 16, 2021 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel. Interment will follow in Cypress Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to funeral service at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel.
