Dorothy Cook, 79, of Marianna died Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008, at her residence. She was a native of Montgomery, AL. retired from Florida State Hospital as a Supervisor. Survivors include her husband, Shelley Cook; one son, Gerald Stephens of Sneads; one daughter, Kathy Tyus and husband Ronnie of Chattahoochee; two grandchildren, Shannon Tyus and wife Desiree, Sherry Houk and husband, Rick. Funeral will be Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008 at 10 a.m. at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel with Rev. Robert Key officiating. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
