James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel 4278 Lafayette Street Marianna, Fl 32446 850-482-2332 Donald Wayne Tyre, 53, of Star City, Arkansas died October 21, 2010 in Little Rock, Ark. He was born in Jacksonville, Fl., was raised up in Jackson County, lived most of his life in Wiggins, MS. Don has been employed with Evergreen Packaging Company as a mechanic for many years. He was a loving grandfather. Preceded in death by his mother, Hazel Tyre; brother, Steve Tyre; a granddaughter, Taylor Tyre. Survivors include his wife, Donna Lipford Tyre of Star City, Ark.; one son, Don Tyre of Wiggins, MS.; three daughters, Christina Tyre of Mobile, AL., Linda Tyre Dixon; Amanda Tyre Nolan and husband, Harley all of Wiggins, MS.; his father, Wilfred Tyre; one brother, Doug Tyre both of Marianna; nine grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1 PM at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel with Lamar Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Lipford Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
