Debra was born May 21, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan. Her hobbies include fishing, camping, and spending time with family.
Debra is survived by her daughters, April Reynolds and friend, Michael Broome, Amanda Speedling and husband, Larry; son, Joey Baxley; sister, Derel Webb and husband, Frankie; grandchildren, Kari, Kyle and Dylan Clark, C.J. and Jasemine Caulk, Charlette Speedling; great grandchildren, Cayden, Jodi, and Alex Clark, Liam Santos; step grandchildren, Matthew Warren Speedling and Bailey Jean Elizabeth Tidd; step great grandchildren, Bella and Braden Tidd, and Matthew Warren Speedling, Jr.
Memorialization will be by cremation with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel in charge of arrangements.
