Mr. Pratt was born in Japan, and had resided in Marianna for several years. he served his country for twelve years as a member of the United States Navy. He was employed as an electrician with Eastern Shipbuilders of Panama City. He is survived by his wife, Teresa A. Pratt; two sons, Angel Pratt of Panama City and Paul Stoe of Cottondale;, four daughters, Jessica Pratt of Panama City, Arica Porter of Blountstown, Nicole Hatcher of Bonifay, and Adrian Stoe of Marianna; his parents, William Pratt and Yoshie Whitney of Bellview, Nebraska; two sisters, Kathy March and Margie Caniglia; and 13 grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 P.M. Sunday, May 31, at Maddox Chapel with the Rev. Alcus Adkison officiating.
