James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel 4278 Lafayette Street Marianna, Florida 32446 Danny E. Lipford, 47, of Marianna died Thursday, October 20, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Lipford Sr. and Inez Marie Lipford. He was a native and lifelong resident of Jackson County. Mr. Lipford was employed by Anderson Columbia for the past 11 years. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, horseback riding, spending time with family. Family was the most important part of his life. Loving son, brother, husband, father, and pawpaw. Survivors include his wife Veronica, three sons, Jason Lipford and wife, Crystal, Matt McClane all of Marianna and Charles Casey of Calloway; two daughters, Jesika Lipford of Sneads and Stephanie McClane of Marianna; three brothers, Willie Lipford, Jr, of Alford, Donald Ray Lipford, Michael Lipford, both of Marianna; five grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Holly Grove Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Buzz Kirby officiating. Interment will follow in New Salem Baptist Cemetery with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Directing. The family will recieve friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2011 at James and Sikes Maddox Chapel.
