Dallas Ray Sapp

July 13, 1941 — December 1, 2024

Dallas Ray Sapp, 83, of Greenwood died December 1, 2024 in Marianna.

Dallas was born in Cottondale and lived most of his life in Jackson County and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a member of Malone First Baptist Church where he taught Sunday School.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jim Paul Sapp and Janie Rabon Sapp; three brothers, Lewis Sapp, James Sapp and Bill Sapp.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Sapp of Greenwood; one brother, J.W. Sapp of Greenwood; two sisters, Annette Page of Fountain and Rachel Cutchins of Cottondale; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at 11 AM, Friday, December 6, 2024, at Malone First Baptist Church with Rev. Ed Ham officiating.

James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
