Cora Mae Cook

Cora Mae Cook, 87 of Marianna died Tuesday, March 24, 2009 in Marianna. A native of Chipley, Mrs. Cook had resided in Jackson County since 1950 and was a member of Pleasant Grove Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband J. D. Cook and a daughter, Judy Miles. Survivors include three sons, Fred Cook and wife Melba of Ashford, Gene Cook and wife Liz of Grand Ridge, Terry Cook and wife Teresa of Greenwood; one daughter, Ann Roberts and husband Artis of Marianna; eleven grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 3 pm Thursday, March 26, 2009 at Maddox Chapel with Rev. Jackie Register, Rev. J. W. Miles and Rev. Mark Fejes officiating, interment will follow at Greenwood Methodist Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 2 pm till funeral time, Thursday, March 26, 2009 at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel. "
