James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Comer Deaver Wiggins, 85, of Cottondale died Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at Signature Health Care of North Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Julia and George Walter Wiggins; one daughter, Gracie Strickland; three brothers GB, Paul and Sam Wiggins; two sisters, Gladys Hughes and Vern Hazel. He is survived by his wife, Merie Wiggins; two sons Walter D. Wiggins and A.D. Wiggins and wife, Debbie of Cottondale; two daughters Glenda Broome and husband, Jerry of Alford, Linda Sue Sanders and husband, Wayne of Dothan; 12 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, July 14, 2012 at James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel. Burial will follow in Orange Hill Baptist Cemetery in Wausau, with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, July 13, 2012 at James and Sikes Funeral Home.
