Claudia Ann Coursey, 83, of Cottondale, Florida passed away, Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center.
She was born in Chicago, IL on January 31, 1940, the oldest child of Elmer and Cecelia Hozian Becker. She first married and moved to Panama City, FL with husband, Raymond Bittick and together they raised three children. After being widowed, she married and relocated to Cottondale with husband, Jerry Wayne. She was much loved by all her family. Claudia was a successful woman, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Claudia was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Raymond Bittick; their children, David Bittick, Gene Bittick and daughter, Kelly Johns; and her second husband, Jerry Wayne Coursey.
She is survived by one sister, Geraldine Logan; and three brothers, Rick, Don and Dean Becker and granddaughter, Holly Langford.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 PM, Monday, Feb. 5, 2024 at New Hope Cemetery in Marianna with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
