Claude Franklin Shores, 69, of Alford died Friday, August 4, 2017 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward & Jessie Shores and two brothers, Eddie Shores and Thomas Shores.
Survivors include his wife, Laralie Shores of Alford; three brothers, Clyde Monroe Shores of Dallas, TX, Gordon Edward Shores, and James Richard Shores both of Alford, FL; two sisters, Pauline Harrington of Alford, FL and Geraldine Piercy of Dallas, TX; special children, Rose Butler, Belinda Jones, Cassey Jones, Collean Flores, Billy Bailey and Mary Struthers; special grandchildren, Jaun Hernandez, Jr Flores, Adrian Sandidge, Haley Flores, Caitlen Osorio, London Botzoc, Leah Marie Bailey, Ruby Lee Bailey, Jasmine Struthers, Jacob Carmody, and one baby on the way, Lee Lee Hernandez.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel with Rev. Bob Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Alford City Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to funeral services at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel.
