James & Sikes Funeral Home James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Christine " Chris" Eleanor Noles, 89, of Marianna died Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Jackson Hospital. Born in Frink, FL. in Calhoun County, Mrs. Noles had resided in Jackson County for 51 years. She was the first female Area Supervisor for the Florida Department of Revenue and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Christine was very active in her church, Women's Club, Garden Club, Canasta Club; she was a Pink Lady at Jackson Hospital Auxiliary. She enjoyed gardening, reading, crocheting, cooking and loved traveling. Most of all she was a devoted and wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, John Louis Noles; her parents, James Walter and Dovie Richardson Burdeshaw and five brothers and their wives. Survivors include her two daughters, Diane Stotler and husband, Bud of Orange Park, Sharon Holloway and husband, Wayne of Marianna; four grandchildren, Brian Stotler (Debby), Kelly Stotler, Mitchell Holloway (Jessica) and Brett Holloway; eight great-grandchildren, Michael Holloway, Megan Holloway, Tyler Edwards, Bailey Stotler, Anna Stotler, Sarah Stotler, Noah Stotler, Eva Christine Stotler. Funeral services will be 11a.m. Thursday April 2, 2015 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel with Rev. Roland Rabon officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 10 am until funeral time Thursday April 2, 2015 at Maddox Chapel.
