James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel 4278 Lafayette Street Marianna, Florida 32446 850.482.2332 850.526.4143 Sarah Chrystelle (Chris) Traylor, 75, of Marianna died Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at Jackson Hospital. She was born in Lovedale and was a lifelong resident of Jackson County. Mrs. Traylor was employed with Walmart where she had worked since 1991. Prior she had worked for Daffin Dept. Store for a number of years. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by a son, Harold Traylor. Survivors include her husband, Leon D. Traylor; one son, Robert Traylor and friend, Allison Spooner; one daughter, Sara Traylor Wade and friend Rudy King all of Marianna; four brothers, J.D. Brogdon of Wewahitchka, Johnnie Brogdon of Gordon, Al., Jack Brogdon of Marianna, Robert Brogdon of Smith, Al.; one sister, Nell Watford of Gordon, Al.; two cousins, Annette Flournoy & Betty Messer; one sister-in-law, Laura Eulene Brogdon; eight grandchildren, Lee Traylor, Kristy Buchanan, Nikki Bryan, Chris & Josie Traylor, Jessica & Cassidy Wade, Samatha Spooner; nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Aug. 4, at 10:30 a.m. at Maddox Chapel with Donnie Hussey officiating. Burial will follow in Sims Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will recieve friends from 6-8 Friday at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel.
