Washam, 63, of Lovedale died Sunday, August 30, 2009 at Jackson Hospital in Marianna. Mr. Washam was born in Rector, Ark.,. He served in the US Army and US Navy. He has lived here for more than 28 years. Mr. Washam had worked for State of Florida at Sunland Center. He was a member of Lovedale Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Janell Washam; one son, David Eric Washam and wife Stephanie of Ft. Bragg, N.C.; one daughter, Robin D. Campbell and husband Andrew of Fillmore, Ind.; two brothers, Randy Jones of Oklahoma and Butch Jones of Ohio; two sisters, Maggie Beatty of Arkansas and Thelma Mitchell of Texas; seven Grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 5, 2009 at 10 a.m. at Lovedale Baptist Church with Rev. Eric Durham officiating.
