Charles “Terry” Moffat passed over into his Savior’s arms on Oct. 13, 2022. Terry was born in Richmond Virginia on Oct. 17, 1955. He was known to everyone as “Sweet Terry” because of his sweet, innocent, pure demeanor. Terry was a resident of Sunland Center for 55 years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Moffat, Sr.; his mother, Genevieve U. Moffat; and his older brother, Robert L. “Chip” Moffat.
Terry is survived by step-mother, Geneva F. Moffat; his sister, Diane M. Wozniak (Rudy) of Fort Lauderdale, FL; sister-in-law, Rita Moffat; nephews, Chris Moffat and Tyler Moffat; a great-nephew Asher Moffat; his Aunt Margarette Upshaw; many cousins; and blended family members, Brenda and George DeJoe, as well as all those who lovingly cared for him at Sunland Center.
A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date. The service will be located at the church at Sunland Center in Marianna, FL at a later date.
