Causey was born September 29, 1925 in Malone where she had lived for more than 75 years before moving to Ozark, Al. to live near her son. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church most of her life. She is survived by her son, Rex Tipton and wife, Kim of Ozark Al; four sisters, Marie Fears, and Frances Baxter both of Malone, Willie Jean Curlee of Altha and Flossie Matthews of Marianna. Four grandchildren, Todd Tipton, Raven Tipton, Amanda Tipton and Matthew Tipton; one great-granddaughter, Kayla O' Rourke. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday February 10, at Friendship Baptist Church in Malone with Rev. John Smith officiating, burial will follow in the church cemetery with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends Saturday February 9, 2008 from 4 to 6 p.m at James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel.
