Catherine Ann Dickens, 65, of West Palm Beach, Florida, life long resident of Jackson County, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 3, 2021 at her residence.
Catherine, affectionally known as Cat, loved her family and friends, playing bingo and her little dog, Sissy. She worked as a bingo caller at Mr. Bingo for 20 years before she retired. She had also worked in the school food service industry for over 15 years. She had a beautiful spirit and a heart of gold. Catherine will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 17 years Larry W. Griggs of West Palm Beach and her husband Rod Dickens; brothers, Gregory Parnell and Harry Hodges, Jr. of West Palm Beach.
Catherine is survived by her daughter, Crystal Dunaway and husband Scott Dunaway; son, Shane Griggs (Linda); brother, Jimmy Hodges; sister, Denise (Larry) Haley; three granddaughters, Nichole Roberts, Brittany Hatcher, Aleigh May Smith; five nieces; one nephew; one great niece; and her loving man, Greg Goodwin of West Palm Beach.
Services will be 2 PM, Friday, May 7, 2021 at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel with Pastor Tim Sanders officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel.
