Brenda was a native and lifelong resident of Jackson County, where she was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Edna Ellis, and three brothers. She is survived by her husband, Joe Canman; two sons, Warren and Josh Canman; and one daughter, Vicki Canman; one granddaughter, Bayla Grace Canman, all of Malone. Graveside funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Friday, February 26, 2010 at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Gino Mayo officiating. Interment will follow with James and Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. No visitation is planned.
