Bonnie Mears Griggs

Bonnie Miles Mears Griggs, 83, of Malone died Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Jackson Hospital.

She was a native of Graceville and had lived most of her life in Malone. Bonnie attended The First Baptist Church of Bascom for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, John David Mears and James Griggs; brothers, Wesley Charles "Chuck" Miles,  Charles Wesley "Wes" Davis, Albert Doyle "A D" Miles; a sister, Martha Miles.

Survivors include her daughter, Milo Meachelle Mears Jordan (Stephen) of Bascom; son, Tracy Mears of Blountstown; one brother, Daniel Benjamin "Don" Miles of Kansas City, MO; one sister, Agnes Twarkins of Dothan;  grandchildren, Andrew "Cole" Jordan,  Brittany Nicole Mears, Jason Michael Jordan and Heather Leann Mears.

Graveside funeral services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Collins Chapel Baptist Cemetery in Malone with Pastor Greg Roberts officiating and James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
