Bill Brent Dean, 37, of Eclectic, Al. died Sunday, March 29, 2009 near Eclectic, Al. Born in Tallahassee, Brent was a former resident of Marianna, attended Marianna High School and had been a resident of Eclectic, Al. for the past seven years, he attended True Light Church of Jesus Christ and was the owner of Lake Martin Tree Service. He loved the lord and his family with all his heart and his joy was to witness the truth of Jesus Christ. Survivors include his wife, Melissa of Eclectic; two sons, Christan William Dean of Marianna and Noah Benjamin Dean of Eclectic; his parents, Bill and Brenda Dean of Marianna; one brother, Benjamin J. Dean and wife Emily of Marianna; maternal grandmother, Emmy Granger of Marianna; father and mother-in-law, Eddie and Jackie Bass of Greenwood; brother-in-law, Shannon Bass of Greenwood; two special cousins, Jeff Ryder Hinson and wife Amanda of Alford; Scarlett Brandi Hinson of Scotsdale, Ar.; a host of other relatives and brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ. Funeral service will be10 am Thursday, April 2, 2009 at Maddox Chapel with Pastor David Jenkins officiating, interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 pm Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at Maddox Chapel. If desired, contributions maybe made to a trust fund for Brent's children has been established at First Capital Bank, 4701 Hwy 90, Marianna."
