Weeks, 80, of Grand Ridge died Thursday, August 14, 2008 at her residence. She was a native of Long Beach, California, a retired nurse and has lived in Jackson County for a number of years. Preceded in death by two daughters, Carol Ann Massey and Jeanie Marie Ulrich; Survivors include her husband, James Michael Weeks; three sons, Lee Ulrich of Oregon, David Ulrich of Ohio, Joe Ulrich of Oregon; three daughters, Teresa Berry of Washington; Cherri Serafin of California, Susan Birr of Ohio; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Maddox Chapel with Revs. Bobby Key and Jerry Mears officiating. Burial will be in Cow Pen Pond Cemetery with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing.
