Ernestine Betty Sue Russ, 73, of Malone died Wednesday, May 3, 2006 In Marianna. A native of Dothan, Alabama, She had resided in Malone for the past 42 years, a former employee of Sunland and Russell Manufacturing and attended Christ Church International of Dothan. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Early and Mary Cochran Phillips and a brother, James Arthur Phillips. Survivors include 5 daughters, Linda Sue Williams and husband Roger of Ashford, Al., Patrica Dinisman of Marianna, Wanda Deacon of Kinsey, Al., Martha Hatcher and husband Gerald of Cowarts, Al. and Karla Crosby and husband Christopher Alan of Marianna; 1 son, Jerry Allen Mills and wife Karen of Madrid, Al.; 2 sisters, Alice Biance and Frances Lee of Dothan; her former husband, Ben Russ of Malone; 20 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Memorial funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, May 6, 2006 at First United Pentecostal Church of Dothan, Alabama with Revs. Neal Williams and Stephen Williams officiating. James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel in charge of arrangements.
