Annette Powell Nichols

James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Annette P. Nichols, 82, of Bascom, died Saturday, June 8, 2013, in Marianna. Annette was born on October 28, 1930, in Gretna FL, she moved to Bascom in 1987. She was a homemaker and a member of Bascom Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Aultman Joe and Annie Belle Powell; a brother, Harry Powell; a sister, Mary Louise Hubbard. Survivors include two sons, Charles Alan Nichols and wife, Debbie, of East Point, Jody Nichols of Greenwood; daughter, Cynthia N. Black and husband, Harry, of Denver CO; a sister, Lois Watford of Mobile, AL; five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. Memorization will be by cremation with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel in charge of arrangements.
