James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel Amber Evangeline Snell, 18, of Marianna died Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at her home. Born in Tallahassee, Amber was a life long resident of Jackson County and a 2013 graduate of Bozeman High School in Panama City, Florida. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Bernice Clyde Owens; maternal grandfather, Ish Pelton, step maternal grandfather, R. C. Ham Survivors include her mother, Lisa Snell and fiance' Harry Marsh, Jr. of Marianna; her father, Jeff Snell and wife, Renee of Graceville; one sister, Amy Snell of Marianna; maternal grandmother, Betty Ham of Grand Ridge; paternal grandparents, Danny and Brenda Snell of Graceville. special friend, Halley Marsh. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2013 at Christian Center Church 4791, Sheffield Drive, Marianna with Revs. Juno Douglas & Joel Snell officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2013 at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel.
